60 or Older? Join Our Norovirus Vaccine Study Interest List

Researchers are preparing for an upcoming clinical research study evaluating an investigational vaccine designed to help prevent illness caused by norovirus.

Norovirus is a highly contagious virus that can cause sudden vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, and stomach pain. Older adults may be more likely to need medical care if they become sick with norovirus.

The upcoming research study will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational vaccine for preventing illness caused by norovirus.

The study is not yet open for enrollment, but adults age 60 and older can join our interest list now to receive information when recruitment begins.

Who Can Join the Interest List?

You may be a good candidate for this upcoming study if you:

  • Are 60 years of age or older
  • Are generally able to manage your own daily activities

Having a stable ongoing health condition does not necessarily prevent someone from participating. The protocol allows chronic medical conditions when they are considered medically stable.

Additional eligibility requirements will apply once the study opens for enrollment.

Why Participate in Vaccine Research?

Clinical research helps researchers learn whether investigational vaccines are safe and effective.

By joining the interest list, you can learn more about this upcoming norovirus vaccine research opportunity and be contacted when recruitment begins.
