Acute Migraine Study
Adults 18 to 75 years of age may qualify for a research study evaluating an investigational medication for migraine attacks.
About the Study
Migraine is a neurological condition that can cause severe headaches, nausea, sensitivity to light and sound, and disruption of daily activities.
This research study is evaluating an investigational medication called Elismetrep (K-304) for the acute treatment of migraine. Researchers are studying the safety and effectiveness of Elismetrep in adults who experience migraine with or without aura.
Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either investigational study medication or placebo. The study is double-blind, meaning neither participants nor most study staff will know which treatment is assigned during the study.
Participation may last up to approximately 81 days, including screening, treatment, and follow-up assessments.
