C. diff Prevention

Rochester Clinical Research is enrolling adults ages 50 to 64 for a vaccine research study focused on helping prevent C. diff infection.

If you are generally healthy and interested in participating in medical research, you may qualify.

Age Range: 50 to 60
Gender: Male and Female
Location: Rochester, New York

About the Study

This study is testing an investigational vaccine designed to help protect against Clostridioides difficile (C. diff), a bacteria that can cause severe diarrhea and intestinal illness.

Qualifications

You may qualify if you:

  • Are 50 to 64 years old
  • Are generally healthy
  • Are not currently diagnosed with C. diff infection

Additional eligibility criteria will be reviewed by the study team.
