Menstrual Migraine Study

Rochester Clinical Research is currently seeking female participants between the ages of 18-45 years old for a menstrual migraine research study. This study is approximately 10 months long and includes 5-7 visits to our office. You may receive compensation for your trial related time

About the Study

Menstrual migraines are severe headaches that occur in women around the time of their menstrual cycle, typically just before or during their period. These migraines are often triggered by hormonal fluctuations, particularly the drop in estrogen levels, and can be more intense and last longer than regular migraines.

The purpose of this study is to test the investigational oral medication vs. Placebo for woman who experience menstrual migraine attacks. Health insurance is not required nor needed for your participation.

Qualifications

  • Women between 18-45 years old
  • Have regular menstrual cycles
  • Have been experiencing menstrual migraines for at least 1 year
  • Migraine attacks last between 4-72 hours long
