This clinical research study is evaluating an investigational once-weekly GLP-1/GIP injection in adults with overweight or obesity who do not have diabetes. Researchers are studying whether this investigational medication may help support weight management while evaluating its safety and effectiveness. Participants will receive either the investigational study medication or placebo, and all participants will receive guidance on healthy nutrition and physical activity throughout the study.
